As a Warforged, you have learned how to contort your form into the shape of beast you have studied closely, redirecting your energy into different systems in order to adapt to the local beasts, mimicking their abilities.
You may expand a charge as an action to take on the form of a beast of medium or large size once per day for a number of hours equal to your constitution modifier. You may use this ability further at a cost of 10 max hp. Charges and lost HP are regained upon a long rest.
The Warforged may only have 3 beast forms up to CR level 1 memorized at given time. At lvl 6, a beast form may be replaced with up to 1 beast with a swimming speed. At level 10, up to one form may be replaced with a beast with a flying speed.
Your maintain your mental stats and abilities, however your strength, dexterity, speed, and senses change to match that of your chosen form. You gain temporary hit points equal to 1d4 per character level
