- Increase Dexterity or Intelligence by 1 (max 20).
- When you make an ability check using tools or Dexterity to improvise equipment, you may expend your Reaction and roll a d20. On a 18-20, you may instantly create a functional object equivalent to a simple or martial tool/weapon using available materials as if using a low level form of the spell Fabricate. On a 10-17, the attempt resolves normally. On a 1-9, the attempt fails and the materials become degraded or unusable.
