You have come into the realization that you have a unique soul which gives you the following features if your character is reduced to 0 hit points and fails 3 death saves:

• You may not be revived by magic
• You are "reincarnated" into the body of the closest, most similar creature to you who died the same moment you died
• The stats, class, and race of the creature is at the DM's discretion
• You retain your memory in flashbacks until you make a successful DC 15 Intelligence Save
