The Kinetic Restriction: Your restriction applies strictly to direct physical impact and raw energy forces. Whenever you deal Bludgeoning, Piercing, Slashing, Force, Thunder, Lightning, or Radiant damage via an attack, spell, or class feature, that damage is reduced to exactly 5% of the total damage rolled (rounded down, to a minimum of 1 damage). You cannot score critical hits with these damage types.

Coating & Status Exception (The Delivery Clause): If you deliver an attack using a physical weapon (such as a blade or arrow) that is coated in a toxin, or an attack that inflicts an ongoing status effect, the initial physical damage of the weapon impact is still reduced to 5%. However, any secondary or after-effects ignore this penalty:

• Toxins/Poisons: Ongoing damage from applied poisons, venoms, or acids deals 100% of its normal damage.

• Physical Afflictions: Ongoing status conditions that cause lingering harm—such as Bleed or internal hemorrhaging—remain at full potency and deal 100% of their intended damage over time.

• Note: Purely elemental or internal damage types—such as Poison, Acid, Necrotic, Fire, or Cold—are completely unaffected by the 95% penalty.

The Multi-Target Catalysis: Whenever you cast a spell or use a class feature that targets a single friendly creature to grant a buff, healing, or utility effect, you can choose to target up to three creatures you can see within the ability’s normal range.

Extended Reach: The distance from which you can influence the battlefield expands dramatically. The range of any spell or class feature you use that targets a friendly creature to provide a buff, heal, shield, or utility effect is increased by 30 feet. Spells with a range of "Touch" instead have a range of 30 feet.

Amplified Support: To compensate for your lost physical offense, the potency of your supportive magic is highly amplified. You gain the following benefits:

• Empowered Healing/Shielding: Any spell or feature you use that restores hit points or grants temporary hit points increases its effectiveness by an amount equal to your spellcasting modifier + your proficiency bonus.

• Unshakable Focus: You have advantage on saving throws made to maintain concentration on any spell or ability that is currently buffing an ally.
