Your role as a protector of your companions gives you certain capabilities. 

• Your Strength or Constitution increases by 1 
• As a reaction you can take on the damage of another creature within 20 ft from you; on impact a radiant light will burst and instead of its intended target taking damage you will receive the extent damage dealt. The damage taken will be based on any resistances/vulnerabilities of the individual who was originally to take the damage.
