You have learned to become one with the shadows. When you are in an area of dim light or darkness, you can use your action to become invisible. You remain invisible until you make an attack, cast a spell, or are in an area of bright light.
This feat is the same as the 5e Way of Shadow Monk 11th level Cloak of Shadows subclass feature. But in 5.5e Cloak of Shadows is 17th level and reasonably different, much more combat focused, as many of the 5.5e monk's features have become. This 5e subclass feature is nice for spying and scouting.
Note: Restricting this feat to the Warrior of Shadow subclass doesn't work. (And a support forum post confirms that is a longstanding bug, a UI choice with no back end implemented.) So until that prerequisite feature does work and I can create a new version, the prerequisite is just level 11 Monk. But the feat should only be taken by Warrior of Shadow monks because, c'mon.
