General Feat (DM Permission Required) This curse of Lycanthropy can only affect Humanoids at character creation with DM permission, or assigned by your DM during gameplay.
Your are cursed with Lycanthropy (Wererat) and this grants you the following benefits.
Speed 30 ft., Climb 20 ft. (rat or hybrid form only)
Ability Score Increase. The character gains a Strength of 16 if his or her score isn’t already higher, and a Dexterity of 16 if his or her score isn’t already higher. Attack and damage rolls for the natural weapons are based on Strength.
Shapechanger. The wererat can use its bonus action to change into a Medium or Small rat-humanoid hybrid or into a Small rat (as Giant Rat), or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Keen Smell. The wererat has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell in either form.
Sneak Attack. If the wererat has Advantage or one of its allies are adjacent to the creature it’s attacking, It adds 10 (3d6) to one damage roll once per turn from a physical attack. (This does not stack with Sneak Attack from any Rogue Class levels, and either this (3d6) is used, or the Rogue's Sneak Attack is used.)
Speak with Rats. The wererat can communicate with rats and rat-like creatures as if they shared a language.
Natural Weapon Mastery. The wererat adds its proficiency bonus to the damage rolls for its bite which has the Nick Weapon Property (included in the attack).
ACTIONS
Multiattack. The wererat makes three attacks, only one of which can be a bite.
