You survived deathly corruption and returned changed.
- Increase Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Choose Cold or Psychic damage. You gain Resistance to that damage.
- Once per Long Rest, when you are reduced to 0 Hit Points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 Hit Point instead.
