Your appearance seems normal at first, but the longer that someone looks the stranger the world around them and YOU become.
For every six seconds (one round) that a person looks at you their mind is fractured and they begin to see visions. Some examples may include: melting or vibrating objects around them, dark and terrifying creatures in the shadows (especially around you), glitches in their reality, you take on a horrifying form, etc. If you remain in a creatures vision for a minute the visions start melting into the real world, and they fear you (If a creature cannot be frightened this has no effect). Objects will retain their "altered" states, dark beings will take form and haunt them, flowers and plants begin growing and decaying over and over. In combat you can take a bonus action to force the visions into reality and attempt to fear an enemy. You make a contested check with your Intimidation and their insight. On a failed contest they are frightened and the vision becomes real for a turn and you can reroll this every turn, on a successful contest their mind begins to mend and cannot see any more visions for twenty-four hours.
If a vision becomes real, all enemy creatures that can see it must make the same contested check. If they fail, they do not gain the frightened condition (unless they roll a Nat 1), but will still not be able to approach you. However, any creature that can see visions can take the study action against your spell DC to nullify the effects for twenty-four hours.
When attacking a frightened creature you gain temp HP equal to your Intimidation modifier on each hit (this temp HP can stack up to 3 times your character level).
When speaking with someone for long enough they begin to feel terrified of the visions. You gain advantage and expertise on CHA (Intimidation) checks on all creatures that can see you. Additionally you occasionally "glitch out" yourself. (For roleplay explain this however you wish)
