General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Spellcasting or Pact Magic Feature)
You Gain the Following Benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20
Ticturer's Supplies. You gain proficiency with Brewers Supplies if you don't already have it.
Concoct Tincture. As a part of a Short or Long Rest, you can concoct a special tincture if you have ingredients (water, alcohol, herbs), spell slots, the material components for that spell (if any), and Brewers Supplies on hand. which will last 8 hours after being made. As a part of concocting this tincture, chose a spell that you have prepared, and the spell slot you will store in the tincture (that spell slot is consumed), and a single dose of tincture will be concocted. A creature can use a Bonus Action to consume this tincture. Consuming the tincture replicates the effects of a the spell that you imprinted at the level of the spell slot stored within it. Only non-damaging spells that affect a single target can be used to Concoct a Tincture, if the spell chosen requires concentration, the duration of the effect is reduced to 1 minute, if the spell references a spellcasting ability modifier use your spellcasting ability modifier regardless of who consumes the tincture.
