When initiative is rolled, choose a number of allies equal to your Charisma modifier.

Those allies gain:

• Temporary Hit Points equal to your Proficiency Bonus.

You gain Advantage on Charisma checks when dealing with:

• Sailors
• Navigators
• Merchants
• Coastal communities
