When you take the Attack action and make an unarmed strike, you may trigger a Chain Attack.

  • After each successful hit, if the natural result on the d20 is 18 or higher, you may immediately make another unarmed strike against a different creature within your reach.
  • Each chained attack must target a creature you have not already hit as part of this Chain Attack.
  • The chain ends immediately when:
    • You roll 17 or lower on the d20, or
    • There are no valid targets within reach.

These additional attacks do not require an action, bonus action, or reaction.

Momentum Clause

For each successful chained attack after the first, you gain +5 feet of movement until the end of the turn. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks from creatures you have already hit during this Chain Attack.

The battlefield becomes a circuit. Standing still breaks it.

Control Valve (Important for Balance)

You may trigger Chain Attack only once per turn.

This prevents action-surge cascades, reaction abuse, and other nonsense while keeping the moment electric.
