Prerequisite: Rhonari heritage or proficiency with a martial weapon

Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Wisdom by 1, to a maximum of 20.

When a creature you can see hits an ally within 5 feet of you with an attack, you can use your Reaction to reduce the damage by 1d10 + your Proficiency Bonus. If you are wielding a shield or standing within a fortified structure, wall, doorway, bridge, gate, or defensive position, increase the reduction by your Constitution modifier.

You can use this Reaction a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all uses when you finish a Long Rest.
