You have been touched by the mythic current of Ryūjin, the celestial sea serpent honored by the Shirohami as guide, protector, and storm-teacher.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Wisdom, Charisma, or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Serpent of Moonlit Surf. You learn the Shape Water cantrip. Wisdom, Charisma, or Constitution is your spellcasting ability for it, chosen when you gain this feat.

Tide-Blessed Magic. You can cast Create or Destroy Water once without expending a spell slot. When you reach 5th level, you can also cast Gust of Wind once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to cast these spells with this feat when you finish a Long Rest.

Deep Omen. Whenever you finish a Long Rest within 1 mile of an ocean, sea, major lake, or powerful river, you may ask the DM for a brief omen related to weather, water, travel, spirits, or danger in the next 24 hours. The omen should be symbolic rather than exact.
