You gain:
- proficiency with Tinker's Tools
- proficiency with Carpenter's Tools
If already proficient, gain Expertise.
Additionally, whenever you complete a Long Rest, you may create one of the following:
- Reinforced Tool Kit
- Portable Winch
- Shipwright's Survey Set
- Emergency Repair Kit
The item remains functional until your next Long Rest.
