- Increase your Charisma, Wisdom, or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Gain Expertise in Insight and Persuasion.
- When using Bond of Kinship, the target gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier (minimum 1).
Cultural Significance
The Ruska survives because some individuals dedicate themselves to preserving trust between families and communities.
