General Feat (Species)
Prerequisite: Dusk Halfling, Level 4+
Your devotion to balance and quiet perseverance allows you to calm fear even in the darkest moments.
You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Wisdom, Charisma, or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- When you use Gentle Insight, the target gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
- As a Bonus Action, you may touch one willing creature and end either the Frightened or Charmed condition affecting it.
Once you use this Bonus Action, you cannot do so again until you finish a Long Rest.
