General Feat (Species)
Prerequisite: Meadow Halfling, Level 8+
Your kindness inspires extraordinary loyalty.
You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Charisma or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain proficiency in Persuasion. If already proficient, you instead gain Expertise.
- When you successfully use the Help action, the assisted creature also gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
- Once per Long Rest, you may cast Calm Emotions without expending a spell slot.
