General Feat (Species)

Prerequisite: Sand Halfling, Level 4+

The ancient Covenant of the Wells lives within you.

You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Wisdom or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Gain proficiency in Medicine and Persuasion. If already proficient, you instead gain Expertise.
• You learn the Create or Destroy Water spell and may cast it once without expending a spell slot.
• Beginning at 5th level, you may also cast Lesser Restoration once without expending a spell slot.

You regain all expended uses after completing a Long Rest.

Your spellcasting ability is the same ability selected for your species' spellcasting.
