Ability Score Increase.
Increase your Wisdom or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Rooted Focus.
When you are standing on natural earth, stone, moss, grass, root, or living wood, you have Advantage on saving throws against being knocked Prone or moved against your will.
Memory in the Soil.
When you finish a Long Rest in a natural environment, you may ask the land one simple question about events that occurred there within the last 7 days. The answer comes as an impression, dream, scent, image, sound, or emotional trace rather than a precise sentence.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
