Prerequisite: Proficiency with heavy armor

You have learned to turn heavy armor into a proper walking fortress.

You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

• While you are wearing heavy armor, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage you take is reduced by your proficiency bonus.

• If your natural Strength score is 17 or higher before ASIs, magic items, or other bonuses, heavy armor does not impose disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks for you.
