General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Comfortable Crawling. You ignore attack disadvantage when prone and attacks agaisnt you when prone no longer have advantage. Getting up from prone or going down to prone is a free action once per turn and costs no movement. 

Firing in Prone. When using a ranged weapon while prone, its range is increased by 50 feet.

Hidden in Tall Grass. When prone on a surface that is not smooth (ie: Marble or wooden flooring would be considered smooth but grassy terrain or a swamp would not) you have +2 to Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
