Adaptive

When you take damage from a specific source you may you use your reaction to gain resistance to the same damage from that source after taking the damage from the original source that initiated this feature. You have resistance to that damage until the beginning of your next turn and at the start of your turn in combat lose all resistance to the damage that initiated this feature. If you already had resistance you gain immunity instead until the beginning of your next turn
