Prerequisite: You must have experienced grave trauma that leaves you unable to think straight in its presence.

Experience Feat

You have been scarred, and as a result of that, have developed a crippling fear. The source of your fear can be something as trivial as rabbits to something understandable like fire or heights. Regardless of the source, the reaction is the same, a primal fear that clouds your judgment.

Fearful Start. At the start of your turn, if your source of fear is in sight, make a Wisdom saving throw:
-On a 1-3, you are frozen in place, and cannot take actions till the start of your next turn, an ally uses an action to snap you out of it, or until damage by a source other than your source of fear.
-On a 1-3, you are frozen in place and cannot take actions till the start of your next turn, an ally uses an action to snap you out of it, or until damage by a source other than your source of fear.
-On a 4-8, you must move as far away as you can from the source of your fear as possible, short of taking the dash action, taking the shortest and safest path, you also cannot voluntarily move towards the source of your fear.
-On a 9-15, you are able to attack and move as normal, but you cannot voluntarily move towards the source of your fear.
-On a 16+, you are able to act normally for the rest of the turn.
-On a nat 20, you are able to overcome your fear for the next minute and so you do not need to make the Wisdom saves for this ability for that time.

Overcome Fear. If you have an effect that removes your fear such as the Heroism spell, or makes it impossible to be frightened by the source of your fear such as an illusion changing its appearance, then you can ignore the effects of Fearful Start until you are able to be afraid once more.
