Essence Conduit

You have deepened your connection to the spiritual essence of creatures.

• Increase your Wisdom or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can now harvest essence from Medium creatures as well (the benefit is usually weaker than from larger creatures).
• You can store up to two essences at once. When you use an essence, you can choose to either gain two different minor benefits at the same time, or gain one stronger benefit (determined by the DM, typically comparable to a 2nd-level spell effect or resistance plus a small additional bonus).
