Arcane Sensitivity

The Arcane is in your blood!

Either you want it or not, your senses got an acute awareness to changes in the fabric of reality that are caused by the use of magic.

You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can use the spell "Detect Magic" once per short rest without using a spell slot.
• You gain the "Arcana" skill, using your Wisdom modifier.
• On a successful Arcana roll of 15 or higher, you are able to recognize the school of magic used as a taste:
  • Conjuration: Bread
  • Necromancy: Black licorice
  • Evocation: Hot peppers
  • Abjuration: Vanilla 
  • Transmutation: Berries turning to pickles
  • Divination: Chicken soup 
  • Enchantment: Alcohol (player/DM choice)
  • illusion: Chocolate
