When you gain this feat, choose one CR 1/4 or lower beast that doesn't have a swimming or flying speed. You may transform into the chosen creature as an action, all rules of the druid wildshape transformation apply to this one. Once you have done this a number of time equal to your proficiency bonus, you may not do so again until you have finished a long rest.
