The remnants of an ancient, dark Fey reaches out and offers her signature spell in exchange for her mark. You gain the following features.
Virulent Fortitude. You gain resistance to poison damage and avoiding the poisoned condition. If you already have resistance, you gain immunity. Also when you take damage from a melee attack, the attacker takes poison damage equal to your Constitution modifier.
Pox Queen's Plague. You learn and can use the contagion spell once per long rest.
Fetid Mark. The beneficiary of this dark gift reeks of filth and has disadvantage on all Charisma skill checks.
Festering Disease. Immediately after you make a D20 Test and roll a 1 on the d20, the rampant disease wreaks havoc and corrupts your flesh. Make a Constitution saving throw (DC 13 plus your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, you drop and wretch violently, having the Prone condition and unable to speak until the end of your next turn.
