Eyes of Twilight I

Special Feat

You gain the following benefits.

Cosmic Sight. You can see normally through any object or material worn or placed directly over your eyes, such as a blindfold or mask. While your eyes are uncovered and you aren’t using Cosmic Twilight, you have Disadvantage on all D20 Tests and subtract 5 from the total whenever you make a D20 Test.

Cosmic Twilight. As a Bonus Action, you can uncover your eyes and focus their power for 1 minute. For the duration, you don’t suffer the penalties of Cosmic Sight, and you gain the following benefits:

• You have Advantage on Intelligence (Investigation), Wisdom (Insight), and Wisdom (Perception) checks.
• You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and Armor Class.

The effect ends early if you cover your eyes. When the effect ends, you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to 10 plus your Proficiency Bonus or gain 1 level of Exhaustion. Once you use Cosmic Twilight, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
