Eumolpos begins crafting his song. During this, he has disadvantage on all saving throws. He must make a d6 every turn. At rolls=10, every enemy is charmed (CHA 13). At rolls=20, he permanantly unlocks his song. All of his friends gain Eumolpos' level + CHA modifier temp hit points. His song has 3 different effects:
The Ballad of the Underworld: all enemies within 60 feet make a saving throw (DEX 11) or take 2d6 fire damage. If they succeed, take half as much damage.
The Verse of Allure: all enemies within 30 feet make a saving throw (CHA 13) or are charmed.
The Melody of Mourn: The Earth sings with him. Eumolpos controls one element of nature once. This could be minor, like having a bank part for him, and it could be major, like the earth cracking under an opponent.
