Boon of the Townspeaker

You have a voice that carries farther than most, and people instinctively listen when you speak.

• Ability Score Increase. Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Vox Populi. You gain proficiency in Persuasion. If you are already proficient, you instead gain expertise in it.
• Rally the Crowd. Once per long rest, you can spend 1 minute delivering an impassioned speech to up to 10 creatures that can hear you. Each of these creatures gain 1d6 plus your Charisma modifier as temporary hit points. As long as the temporary hitpoints remain, creatures have advantage against charming and frightening effects. A creature can benefit from this feature only once.
