Glass Cannon

Prerequisite: None

You have mastered an aggressive fighting style built around overwhelming your enemies before they have a chance to fight back. Unfortunately, your defense suffers when your momentum is broken.

Overwhelming Force

When you begin combat with full Hit Points, your first successful attack on each of your turns deals an additional 1d4 damage.

Momentum

Whenever you reduce a creature to 0 Hit Points, you can immediately choose one:

  • Move up to half your Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.

  • Make a single weapon attack against another creature within range.

  • Gain Temporary Hit Points equal to your proficiency bonus.

You can use Momentum only once per turn.

Cracks in the Armor

The first time you lose Hit Points during combat, Overwhelming Force ends for the rest of the combat

In addition, you can no longer use Momentum to make an additional attack.

In addition, you also take an additional 1d4 damage.

Desperate Power

Once per Long Rest, when you fall below half your maximum Hit Points, you can enter a desperate state until the end of the combat.

While in this state:

  • Your attacks deal an additional 1d4 damage.

  • You have Advantage on Strength checks made to shove or grapple.

  • You cannot willingly move farther away from an enemy you have attacked that turn.
