Prerequisite: Swarmflayer
If a creature made of flesh that is not undead takes piercing damage within 10 feet of you, as a reaction, you may send out some of your swarm to crawl into the exposed wound and consume the flesh inside. This deals piercing damage to the creature equal to half your level rounded up and bypasses resistance to piercing damage and non-magical damage.
If this damage would reduce the creature to zero hitpoints. You may gorge yourself on the insides of the creature with the swarm. Doing so grants you temporary hp equal to your level + your proficiency bonus. This also consumes the creatures internal organs, which may inhibit the use of a revivify or raise dead spell.
