Touched By The Dawn Titan

Your soul has been touched by the legendary Dawn Titan. 

You can use some of the power of fire that comes from the Titan, at the expense of your vitality. 

Once per long rest you can use an Action to cast Haste without using components, concentration or using a spell slot, this spell cannot be dispelled or countered. The spell lasts a number of rounds equal to your level. 

At the end of each of your turns while the spell is active you lose hit points equal to one of your hit dice, this damage is not reducible. 

If this damage reduces you to 0 hit points, or you take this damage while at 0 hit points, you are reduced to ash. 

You can't use spell slots to cast this spell.
