Tulsi Meridian's Prestige 1 Feature
Leaning more into the conquering presence of your father and the circumstances of your childhood grants you the following benefits:
- Whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores hit points, you may choose one creature healed by the spell to add 1d4 to any attack roll or saving throw it makes until the start of your next turn. A creature cannot benefit from this feature if they're under the effects of the bless spell or features like Emboldening Bond.
- When a creature within 60 feet of you hits with a weapon attack, you can use your reaction to change the weapon's damage type to radiant for that attack. Once you use this feature you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
- Laughing or cackling maniacally comes easily to you. Once you start to do so, you can continue until you choose to stop.
