Years spent aboard ships have made the ocean feel more natural than solid ground.

• Increase your Dexterity or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain proficiency with water vehicles.
• You gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
• Standing up from prone while aboard a ship or other sea vessel costs only 5 feet of movement.
• You don’t suffer disadvantage on ability checks and saving throws made to avoid being knocked prone or forcibly moved while aboard a sea vessel.
