Frostbite

You gain resistance to cold damage. Any damaging attack or spell successfully casted on a unit forces them to make a Dexterity saving throw. If failed, the affected unit loses 10ft of movement for 1 turn. If succeeded, remove 0ft movement from targeted unit.
