You’ve learned enough about laws, jurisdictions, customs, and legal technicalities to turn an arrest into an argument.
When a guard, member of the watch, or other lawful authority attempts to arrest or detain you, you may make a Persuasion check using Intelligence instead of Charisma when attempting to interpret the law in your favor.
If you are proficient in Persuasion, you still add your proficiency bonus as normal.
