Prerequisite: Requires a Dexterity score of 13 or higher
Because your dangerous lifestyle is full of unexpected fights, you have become accustomed to fighting with whatever is nearby. With your skills, you are able to use any object as a deadly weapon, as long as it is not using the improvised object for its intended purpose (ex. using a wand to stab someone, rather than its intended purpose: cast a destructive spell).
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You are proficient in improvised weapons and unarmed strikes. Improvised weapons now count as simple weapons and can be used with martial abilities.
- While holding an object, it becomes an Improvised Weapon. Refer to the Improvised Weapon table for calculating damage. An object's weight must be equal to your carrying capacity divided by 3 or lower to be wielded as an Improvised Weapon (e.g a human with 15 strength can wield any object 75 lbs or lighter). All Improvised weapons have the Thrown property (range 20/60) unless it weighs more than your carrying capacity divided by 9 (e.g. a human with 15 strength gains the Thrown property on any Improvised Weapon 25 lbs or lighter).
