Who I truly am

True Form. Choose a monster statblock upon acquiring this augment. Your creature type is replaced with the chosen monster's base creature type and your body changes to incorporate its characteristics without gaining their mechanical benefit (ie size change, movement, and abilities). This form is permanent.

Revert Form. As a bonus action, you can magically revert to your original appearance prior to your augment form. This lasts until your hp is reduced to 0 or until you use a bonus action to end it.
