General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Spellcasting or Pact Magic Feature)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Elemental Fire. Fire damage dealt by you ignores resistances. A number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, you can give yourself advantage on a spell attack roll that deals Fire damage or give a single target of a spell that deals Fire damage disadvantage on the saving throw. You regain all expended uses of this feature upon finishing a Short or Long Rest.
Primordial Influence. While speaking the Ignan dialect of Primordial, you have advantage on Charisma-based ability checks made to influence or communicate with Elementals that understand Ignan. In addition, you can target Elementals with spells that have the Charmed condition as an effect, even if the spell normally excludes Elementals as targets.
