Ground Expert

General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Strength or Dexterity 13+)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Reversal. When a creature within 5 feet hits you with a melee attack, you can use your Reaction to try and trip it; it resists as it would a Grapple. On a failure, it has the Prone conditions. You can do this a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Long Rest.

Submission Hold. As a Bonus Action while you are Grappling a creature, you can try to restrain it; it resists as it would a Grapple. On a failure, it has the Restrained and Prone conditions until the grapple ends, and it takes Bludgeoning damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus at the start of each of its turns. While the hold lasts, you also have the Restrained and Prone conditions. You can do this a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Long Rest.

Guard. While you have the Prone condition, creatures within 5 feet do not have Advantage on attack rolls against you, and standing up costs you only 5 feet of movement.
