You have forged a permanent spiritual tether with a specific Tiny or Small beast, granting you the ability to slip into its form at the cost of extreme vulnerability. You gain the following benefits:
Bestial Form: You can use an action to magically transform into the specific beast your soul is bound to. The transformation lasts until you use an action to revert to your normal form, or until you are forced out of it.
Fragile Vessel: While transformed, you retain your normal hit point pool, and your Armor Class is replaced entirely by the beast's natural AC (you cannot benefit from armor or shields).
Tethered Vulnerability: Due to the unstable nature of the bond, you take double damage from all incoming damage while in beast form.
Instant Reversion: Taking any amount of damage immediately forces you out of beast form and back into your normal form, in addition to suffering the doubled damage directly to your hit points.
