Prerequisite: You can recite the Blueprints from memory, out loud, with a hand on your shoulder.
The Concord does not look hard at a man who is already praying. You gain the following benefits:
- When you or a creature you can see within 30 feet casts a spell in view of witnesses, you can use your reaction to speak the appropriate Verse over it. Make a Charisma (Religion) check contested by the highest passive Insight among the witnesses. On a success, they perceive a sanctioned rite, and the casting generates no Heat.
- You have advantage on Intelligence (Religion) checks concerning Concord doctrine, liturgy, kalendar observance, and the proper form of a rite.
- Ward-rank clergy treat you as a communicant in good standing, and will speak to you accordingly.
Drawback. It only holds if you say it like you mean it, and the Verse is the thing you are lying about. If you have knowingly acted against the doctrine you are reciting since your last long rest, you make the check with disadvantage. A witness who has heard you use the Verse before is not fooled twice: every subsequent attempt in front of the same creature is made with disadvantage, cumulative.
