Prerequisite: You worked a refinery floor, or you were taught by someone who had no business teaching you.
You were trained to look at a vessel and say a number, and you have never once been wrong enough to matter. You gain the following benefits:
- By studying a quantity of Vitium for 1 minute — raw, refined, in a vessel, or burning in a fixture — you learn its true weight, its grade, whether it has been cut, and whether any has been drawn off since it was sealed. The GM tells you the actual figures.
- You can read a containment seal, ward-lamp, or sanctioned fixture and state how much it holds and how long it will run before it needs charging.
- You have advantage on Intelligence checks concerning refining, assay, requisition forms, and ledgers.
Drawback. You cannot not count. When you are shown official figures that contradict something you have measured yourself, you must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or say so aloud, immediately, in front of whoever is present. If that happens in front of Concord personnel, you gain 1 Heat.
