this will let ranged characters see a critical spot in the enemies armor. When using this feet the armor class of the enemy will get a -4 penalty on the following two attacks (so you teamate can also attack with a -4 armor class penalty on the enemy). The feet last two attacks and can only be used by ranged characters and uses your bonus attack.
