You gain the following grappling maneuvers.

Tackle. If you move at least ten feet in a straight line before your grapple check, you may use a bonus action to attempt to knock an opponent prone as part of your grapple check. If your grapple check succeeds by 5 or more, they gain the restrained condition for one round. Your character is prone whether you succeed in your grapple or not.

Head Smash. You may use an attack action to try to stun a creature grappled by you. To do so, make an unarmed melee attack. If your attack hits, the target must make a Constitution saving throw equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier or be stunned for one round.

Arm Bind. When you attempt to grapple a creature with humanoid limbs, you may attempt to lock their arms as a bonus action. If you are successful, your target may not make attacks with their arm(s), including the use of weapons they may be holding or natural attacks like claws as long as they are grappled, and they will be unable to cast spells with a semantic component. You may attempt to grab one or two arms when you use this feature, but if you attempt to restrain two arms, your target has advantage on their contested check.

Disarm. You may attempt to disarm a creature grappled by you. To do so, make an additional grapple check. If successful, one of the target's weapons is thrown five feet away from it in a direction of your choosing. You may attempt to remove one or two weapons with this feature, but if you attempt to remove two weapons, your target has advantage on their contested check.
