Battle Magic (Adapted)

Through experience, you have learned to be a more proficient caster in combat. You gain the following benefits:

• You learn one damaging cantrip of your choice.
• When casting a Level 3 spell or lower, roll 1d20. If the roll is equal to or above 20 minus half your spellcasting level (rounded down), it does not require you to use a spell slot.
