Artifactual Luck

This feat alows you to use artifacts/magic items to make additional luck points. Once a month you can sacrifice a magic item to gain luck points. The higher level of magic item you choose to sacrifice the more lucky points as follows,

Rare- 1

Very rare- 2

Legendary- 3
