You've mastered the ability to manage your luck for right when you need it. When you score a critical hit, you can choose to save it for later. When you do this, you reroll the original attack roll and keep the result for that attack. You must use this roll if you declare to keep the critical hit. Whenever you make an attack you can declare before the roll that you will be spending your saved critical hit, and are considered to have rolled a natural 20 on the attack roll. You can store only one critical hit at a time and all saved critical hits are lost after taking a long rest.
